Software Tools for Realtors Built by Real Estate Professionals, for Real Estate Professionals
Realis Real Estate Software brings a unique mix of skills and experience to real estate agent tools. We combine decades of industry experience in REO (Real Estate Owned) properties – one of the most complex, closely regulated and quickly evolving sub fields in real estate –with a commitment to personalized technical support, flexibility and customer service.
Realis' roots date to 2001, when REO real estate veteran Lauren Roberts identified the need for easy to use software tools for realtors who were dealing with a quickly evolving regulatory environment, slim profit margins and an extremely complex workflow. Recognizing that there were no out of the box real estate agent tools that offered the ideal combination of features and customizability to meet these needs profitably, Roberts sought out like-minded real estate professionals to assist her in taking advantage of this opportunity.
Teaming with forward-thinking software developers Mike and Deb Shupe in 2001, Roberts founded REO Maestro to produce tools for realtors that would be:
- Flexible enough to adapt to regulatory evolution, different work styles, and varying state regulations
- Scalable enough to accommodate solo agents or brokerages
- Intuitive enough to use that even agents with no interest in computers would be able to master it over time
